Description :	Sous la croix, une partie conique décorée de feuilles d'eau surmonte une calotte aplatie beaucoup plus large, unie. Un bord saillant et une partie verticale, ferment le couvercle sur la coupe. Une partie conique fait le raccordement de la tige avec la calotte très aplatie.

Précision sur l'inscription :	Poinçon de maître (initiales) : lettres IS entre deux palmes sous une couronne ouverte. Poinçon de communauté : lettre E sous un lion et une couronne ouverte, poinçon de jurande lyonnais de 1676-1677. Poinçon : lettre D entre trois fleurs de lys sous une couronne ouverte, poinçon de ferme de 1672 à 1677. Inscription concernant une restauration (?) : J. Florenzano Le Puy le 21 juillet 1912 (écrit à la pointe sous le pied ; pourrait se rapporter à la réfection de la coupe, dont l'ornement inférieur ne paraît pas du même style).
