Dénomination :	antependium
Description :	Cet antependium est constitué par un ensemble de rinceaux de feuillages brodés et surbrodés d'or en fort relief, sur deux épaisseurs de toile de lin. Ces rinceaux garnissent la totalité de l'antependium et encadrent un cartouche dont le fond est tissé de soie polychrome représentant l'Annonciation. Le sujet est traité en soies de couleurs. Les rayons du Saint-Esprit dominent l'ensemble. Garnissant les surfaces laissées libres par les rinceaux de fils d'or aux volutes sculpturalement ordonnées, des bouquets de feuillages et fleurs de soies multicolores apportent une note de couleur qui enrichit la pièce. Ces bouquets se détachent sur un fond blanchâtre.
