Description :	Monstrance à fenêtre en quadrilobe, contenant les reliques, encadrée de rinceaux ajourés et guirlandes avec perles de couleur bleues et blanches. Au sommet, croix à extrémités en fleurons avec perles de verre vertes. Tige à noeud aplati orné d’un cordon spiralé. Pied conique orné d’un ange en haut-relief et de deux tiges feuillues en console, quatre pieds circulaires. Reliques dans une petite croix.
